We are looking for an enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher for a long-term role in Leeds, running from January 2025 through April 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on students as they build fundamental skills in a supportive and stimulating environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge Year 4 students.
• Use varied teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students.
• Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback to foster growth.
• Establish a positive classroom atmosphere where students feel motivated to participate.
• Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure each student's success.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment.
• Provide tailored support to students who may need additional assistance.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in primary education, preferably at KS2.
• Proven ability to inspire and engage students through creative lesson planning.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a supportive learning space.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a commitment to student progress.
• A proactive and adaptable approach, with enthusiasm for helping students thrive.
