Year 4 Teacher

Justteachers Teaching Agency are currently recruiting for a for a Year 4 teacher to join a friendly school in Wigan. The school are looking for someone who is confident in teaching within KS2 and has good behaviour management. The role is due to start after Easter and will continue for the rest of the academic year initially.
The school are open to ECT'S.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported
Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to diverse learning needs and styles
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to promote the well-being and academic success of students
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, particularly Year 4, is highly desirable
Strong understanding of the Year 4 curriculum and age-appropriate teaching methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
Dedication to creating a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and resilience
