About the role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 5 Teacher to join a vibrant and welcoming primary school in Barnet. This full-time, long-term role is set to begin in January 2025 and will cover a maternity leave through to July 2025. This Year 5 class of 24 pupils, is a delightful group and you'll be supported by a full-time 1:1 Teaching Assistant who works with a visually impaired student, ensuring all students receive the support they need to succeed.

You will have the opportunity to teach in beautiful classrooms with excellent resources, making for an engaging and fulfilling teaching environment. As the Year 5 Class Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across a variety of subjects, ensuring that every child makes excellent progress in line with their potential. A key part of this role is to foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to excel.
