Year 5 Teacher

We are recruiting for a Year 5 Class Teacher to join a GOOD-rated Primary School in Nuneaton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Primary Teacher with strong behaviour management skills to make a real difference in a supportive and welcoming school. The school is friendly, caring with a real community feel.

The role is full-time and offers the chance to work within a school that values development and excellence in education. This role is due to start in as soon as possible and continue until the end of the academic year.

This Year 5 Class Teacher Role:

• Delivering the National Curriculum to a high standard in Key Stage 2 (KS2).
• Full class responsibilities, including planning, preparation, and marking.
• Maintaining excellent behaviour management strategies to support learning.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching.
• Monitoring and assessing student progress to meet educational targets.
• Contributing to the vibrant school community and upholding its values.

Required Skills and experience for this Year 5 Class Teacher Role:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Proven experience as a Primary Teacher in a Primary School setting.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and experience teaching KS2.
• Excellent behaviour management skills and the ability to engage and inspire learners.
• Passion for teaching and commitment to student development.
