Year 5 Teacher

Duties as a Year 5 Teacher:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum

\n

• Inspire and motivate pupils to reach their full potential through creative teaching

\n

• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel supported and valued

\n

• Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing feedback to ensure growth

\n

• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver cohesive learning experiences

\n

• Encourage pupils to develop independent learning skills, fostering curiosity and confidence

\n

Ideal Year 5 Teacher:

\n

• Holds QTS and is passionate about working with children

\n

• Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2, particularly in Year 5 (or a similar age group)

\n

• Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils

\n

• Is creative, dynamic, and able to deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners

\n

• Is a team player, willing to collaborate and contribute to the wider school community

\n

• Has strong organisational and communication skills as a Year 5 Teacher.
