Qualifications and Skills:

• Education:�Degree or diploma in youth work, social work, psychology, or a related field.


• Experience:�Previous experience working with young people in a supportive role.


• Skills:�Strong interpersonal and communication skills, empathy, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to inspire and motivate young people.


• Knowledge:�Understanding of issues affecting young people, including mental health, education, and social challenges.
