YouTube Strategist (Leading Podcasts)

We’re looking for someone who loves YouTube.The perfect candidate will be adept at growing YouTube Channels and have a deep understanding of what drives the algorithm and makes audiences engage.This is a pivotal role for us.You will lead on the YouTube growth strategy and development for 2 - 3 leading podcasts.Our team of killer content producers work with a select group of Podcasts to grow their YouTube channels:• The High Performance Podcast (leading sports podcast)• Fearne Cotton's Happy Place (leading wellness podcast)• Parenting Hell with Josh Widdicombe & Rob Beckett (leading comedy podcast)• Multiple leading business podcasts we can't talk about ;)You will be responsible for:Leading the YouTube Strategy for our PodcastsGenerating proven Episode video ideas for Podcasts Creating clickable Titles for Episodes, Clips and ShortsWorking with the Podcast Video editors to ensure high retentionWorking with the Thumbnail designer to ensure high CTRsA/B testing thumbnails on YouTube & via paid media strategiesHitting Monetisation GoalsScheduling, Posting and Managing content on ChannelsCommunity building and comment engagementCritical skills:Evaluating content performance on a weekly and monthly basisData analysis of episode performanceMaking data driven recommendations to improve key metrics The ideal candidate should:Be YouTube ObsessedBe data driven & analyticalBe highly organised with strong prioritisation skillsBe creative, experimental, curious and willing to learnBe comfortable managing more than 1 client at onceDefault to believing all problems are solvableBe resourceful enough to find solutions using their own initiativeBe an effective communicatorWe are a fast growing Podcast agency where the opportunity to grow and develop is really big.For the right person, the sky's the limit.To apply:Click Apply on LinkedinThen email ##### the following:A short Strategy Deck on how you’d grow the 'Billion Dollar Creator' Channel on YouTube ( including 5 new episode ideas A loom video where you talk through the deck3 Reasons you would be a good fitYour CV, salary expectations and working locationThis role is Remote first but would suit someone who can work to UK working hours.
