Introduction 

In March 2021 we virtually had our first quarter meeting where we discussed the achievements to celebrate, set new goals, and met some of the friendly faces of our team for the first time. 

We decided to start having these company meetings to discuss our progress as a company especially in a time where many companies didn’t survive through the ongoing pandemic so having these meetings makes it the perfect opportunity for us to discuss fresh new goals so that we can raise the bar and continue progressing.

Celebration 

Apply4U is growing so much and we are so proud to share the achievements we’ve made with our loyal customers. To start off, we have reached 1000 reviews on Trustpilot and we have also made it onto the first page of best in recruitment on trust pilot which is huge for us because it means we are making a difference in many jobseekers’ lives and that couldn’t be more rewarding. We also want to celebrate how Apply4U registrations are reaching new heights.

Goals

The goals we set out to achieve in no particular order included redesigning our app, enhancing the search and map, and becoming available worldwide.

First off was enhancing the search and map, to delve a little deeper into this our aim was to make our search the world’s best search and map solution. That may have been overly ambitious but we believed as a team we could achieve it. We also wanted to provide our users with enhanced match and searching technology.

Our next goal was to redesign our app. We are currently working on building the official Apply4U app so more people can use Apply4U from any mobile device. It won’t be an app that has all our functions but we wanted the pages to be of high-level quality.

Still, on the topic of the Apply4U app, we wanted to extend that goal by making the app available anywhere in the world. That might be a tough goal to reach because we may need at least 100 servers but this is a passion of ours.

What we achieved

We successfully accomplished 2 out of 3 of the goals we set and that includes designing the app as well as enhancing the search and map.

What we didn’t achieve 

It can be a little bit discouraging when you don’t hit all your targets whether that is in your personal life or your work life. It is important to accept what wasn’t achieved and finding out why you couldn’t meet that goal? What you would do differently next time? In our case, we didn’t manage to become available worldwide just yet so we will put that goal on hold for now but we hope this is something that will happen in the future.

The helpful foundation

On another note, we have started a non-profit organization called the Helpful foundation where with the help of donations we create ration bags to give to families in Pakistan who can’t afford to feed their families. We have already achieved putting in a water filter in a village in Pakistan.
