2nd Quarterly Meeting

Summer is here and so are our fresh new goals! 
Since the last time you heard from us a lot has changed so get comfortable, prepare yourself a nice drink and read on. 

 


Q2 results
 
A recap of the last quarter is we implemented the elastic search; the app has also been officially designed and signed off. View us from a distance and watch us move. We are not just making moves, we are changing the recruitment game.


Celebration 
I will go into more detail about what our team is working on later on, but first is the celebrations! Firstly we are very happy to be able to welcome some new faces to our customer service and digital marketing team as well as some new team members in the Pakistan office.

As a last bit of praise for our team, we are proud to announce one of our digital marketers has been promoted to the senior content creator. 

We are also very pleased to share with you that over the last couple of weeks we have helped a number of job seekers to get more interviews through our paid packages and we’ll be showing some videos soon with some of their feedback!

Building a business thing like this is not an ego. It’s our duty as recruiters, coaches, and experts in our field. People genuinely need our help and we have the solutions to their problems. 

 

By supporting, developing, and training our candidates, we help them build long-term careers that last. This is the result of dedication. There are few things more gratifying than seeing the careers of people we’ve helped lift off. The feeling we have been there from a start, and have contributed to their success is something we cannot describe.


The Helpful Foundation Update 
We have ongoing charity work still happening for the helpful foundation, every month it's continuing and hopefully we can do a lot more of that work to strive to make a difference. 

Keep an eye out over the next couple of weeks with a few more details on what it is we’re doing and planning for this in the future!


Goals
First up is getting the app finished. We are currently focusing on the build and UX of the app and we can’t wait to share the finished app with you all so stay tuned for that.

Our second goal is for Apply4U to have the best search and match. We already have better results than Daxtra but we want to be the best. To add to this goal we aim to have a matching system that is just as good as our search.

 

Another goal we want to reach is to get on the first page of Google for some keyword searches. Our dedication to cracking the code on search leads to results that are unparallel in the industry.

 

Our competitive spirit pushed us to set a bold target of 1000+ registrations per day to compete with the marketing team registrations.

 

One thing to take away from this 2nd quarterly meeting is that being part of a team means you are not alone no matter what job role you’re in, and this is not just in the workplace this can be included in life itself too. Lastly, our director Irfaan wanted to stress the importance of professional pride. Progress is what we are all about – it’s what drives us forward, onward, and upward. Here’s a friendly reminder to pat yourself on the back... you have come a long way, so celebrate!
