Working on local refinery P66, to provide a quality service for the client. Working mainly on the construction of tanks. Reviewing of inspection, testing and quality plans (ITP's), NDT reports, material certificates of new materials for construction. Checking of welding consumables certification, cross checking welding consumables are specific for the task. Overseeing welds are followed as per procedure, predominantly EEMUA 159. Visually checking the welds once completed to clients specification. Requesting of NDT. Pack building for completion of tanks, including ITP's, weld procedures, welder qualifications, material certificates, NDT reports.

PROCESS TECHNICIAN, ------- Subcontracted to Lenzing Fibers through Forefront recruitment working as a process technician primarily in the guillotine department, although expected to work in other areas as and when required. To help and support the guillotine technicians. To produce a quality product as per specification requested by the customer. To inspect and test the product by means of a moisture check, length measurement, a dispersions test (required for certain products TCF etc..) and metal samples. These are to be recorded for quality and traceability purposes. To help maintain the guillotine cutters (Lapping of the blade) to help keep producing a quality product. To strap and label the finished product in bags of 250kg, 300kg or 800kg, or stack 20kg filled boxes on pallets of 30 boxes, all dependent on product and customer requirements. To transport the finished strapped/stacked pallets to the warehouse safely by means of a reach truck. Scan finished items using SCADA. Help and support with housekeeping duties to keep the area clean and a safe place to work. Adhering, at all times Lenzing lifesaving rules of, Critical System Override, Isolations and Line Breaking, Work Permit Systems, Driving Safely, Smoking and Flammable Materials, Confined Space and Gas Testing, Working at Height and Do not walk under a suspended load.

Carry out physical handling and inspection in accordance with procedure. Carry out document inspection in accordance with procedure this includes but not limited to - Certificate of conformity, material certificates, NDT reports (RA, UT, MT & PT). Expedited the Statoil Stat fjord and Gullfaks projects - surveillance against the project schedule and verification of fitting status. Visual Inspection of Flange Sealing face finish. Witness welding of continuity boss, NDT (MT, PT & Inconel UT Thickness check), Inconel PMI, machining work and discussion on reporting and documentation disciplines. Expedited the IHC Coral Project - regular supplier visits, surveillance and witness. Visual examination of weld in accordance with ASME V Article 9, with acceptance to ASME B31.3 (Table 341.3.2). Experienced use of Callipers, Vernier scales, micrometres etc... Good Knowledge with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates. Daily experience with acceptance standards ASME VIII appendix 6, API1104, ASME VIII UW51b. Confident user of SAP, Microsoft. Review of welding specification and procedures. (IHC Coral) CSWIP 3.0 visual welding certificate attained July 2017. NVQ Level 3 diploma business improvement techniques achieved May 2019.
